2017-07-07 12.22.14-1
The Housing Excellence Design Panel (HEDP) is focused on supporting early dialogue on new community housing schemes – urban extensions, regeneration or greenfield sites. Working collaboratively with the house builder and the local authority, the Panel expertise is based on the core disciplines that lead to a high quality housing scheme in beauty and function. Building for life 12 is used to benchmark and check design quality language. Early panel engagement can unlock the potential of the site prior to planning submission as well as ensure a high score in BFL12.
